Important Notes and Prohibitions for Use
To provide better service, please carefully review the following prohibitions and notes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■ Persons We Cannot Serve
・Persons under 18 years of age, and high school students
・Persons in a state of intoxication, or persons whom we determine to be intoxicated
・Persons associated with organized crime groups, or persons believed to be similar
・Individuals with infectious diseases or suspected cases thereof
・Individuals in unsanitary conditions or who refuse bathing/showering
・Use in locations lacking shower or bath facilities
・Guidance to private residences, hotels, etc., where third parties are present
■Prohibited Acts
・If solicitation for recruitment, poaching, or similar statements are confirmed, strict measures will be taken immediately upon discovery, including notification to relevant authorities and legal action.
・Use of drugs or coercing girls to use them
・Photography, eavesdropping, or voyeurism
・Coercing sexual intercourse, unwanted acts, or disorderly speech/contact
・Threatening girls or any actions deemed threatening by our establishment
・Touching a girl’s personal belongings without permission
・Forcing girls to exchange contact information (including SNS) or engage in personal relationships
・Defaming girls or our establishment, or posting personal information online
・Transporting girls by car, train, etc., outside of the designated date course
・Stalking behavior
・Any other actions deemed inappropriate by our staff or the girls
■Requests for Use
・To prevent trouble, please turn off all electronic devices (cell phones, cameras, etc.) during the session.
・Cancellations are non-refundable for any reason.
■Response to Serious Violations
・Criminal acts such as hidden filming or drug use, or if a girl feels suspicious, will be immediately reported to the local police station. A police report will be filed, and strict measures, including legal action, will be taken.
・If contact with the girl is lost after dispatch, promptly notify relevant parties. The session will be treated as automatically extended until contact is reestablished, incurring additional charges.
・For malicious behavior, we will strictly address the matter in cooperation with our legal counsel and the police.
